All account transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via approved local banks and e-wallets. 678id imposes no platform transaction fees. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only.
All promotional offers carry wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until all wagering requirements are met in full.

Access to and use of the 678id platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:
To access real-money gaming services on the 678id platform, you must complete the account registration process in full and receive confirmation that your account has been activated. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, mobile telephone number, and your chosen login credentials.
You warrant that all information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. 678id reserves the right to close any account and forfeit all balances where material inaccuracies, false statements, or fraudulent information are discovered, regardless of when the discovery is made.
Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 678id support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Changes to your registered name, address, or banking details must be submitted to the support team along with supporting documentation. 678id will not process withdrawal requests to payment methods that are not registered and verified against your account profile.
678id may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or where 678id's fraud-detection systems flag unusual account activity. KYC is a mandatory compliance requirement and cannot be waived.
To satisfy KYC requirements, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:
678id aims to complete KYC reviews within one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving a complete documentation set. During a pending KYC review, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will be placed on hold. If the KYC review cannot be completed within seven (7) business days due to insufficient documentation, 678id reserves the right to suspend the account.
All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the 678id Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely, accessed only by authorised compliance personnel, and are not shared with third parties except where required by law or by the platform's international licensing authority.
678id accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels, all denominated in IDR:
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 20.000. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment channel and account verification status and are displayed within the account dashboard. 678id reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with notice to members.
Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. For bank transfer deposits, this is typically within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of the transfer being initiated during business hours. E-wallet deposits are generally instant. 678id is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours for bank transfer withdrawals, subject to banking system availability. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered and verified in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
678id reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed while a KYC review is pending. Where a Member's account holds active Bonus Funds subject to a Wagering Requirement, the withdrawal of real-money funds may be restricted until the Wagering Requirement is satisfied, unless the Member elects to forfeit the Bonus Funds in accordance with Clause 6.
678id does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Members are responsible for any fees levied by their own bank or e-wallet provider. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are conducted in IDR.
678id offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns aligned with Indonesian cultural occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails in relation to that promotion only.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and any game-weighting restrictions are stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including, but not limited to, live dealer baccarat, roulette, and craps — may contribute at a reduced rate toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement.
All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, which begins from the date on which the bonus is credited to the Member's account. If the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated expiry period, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
678id employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other Members to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, using low-risk staking strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for an offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, 678id reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, forfeit all associated winnings, and close the Member's account.
A Member who has accepted a bonus but wishes to withdraw their real-money balance prior to completing the associated Wagering Requirement may elect to forfeit the Bonus Funds. In this case, the outstanding Bonus Funds and all winnings derived from those Bonus Funds will be removed from the account, after which the real-money balance will become available for withdrawal. To elect this option, contact the 678id support team.
All games offered on the 678id platform — including sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slot titles, and card games such as Sakong — are governed by their respective game rules, which are published within each game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, 678id's server-side records constitute the definitive record of game activity and will take precedence over any client-side display discrepancy.
Sportsbook bets are accepted on the basis of the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 678id reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, where odds were offered in manifest error, or where the integrity of the relevant sporting event is under formal investigation by the sport's governing body. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to additional rules as displayed within the sportsbook interface, including provisions governing how voided legs within a parlay are treated.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts an active game session, 678id will use its server-side logs to determine the state of play at the point of interruption. Where it is not possible to determine a definitive game outcome, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the Member's account balance. 678id accepts no liability for losses arising from Member-side connectivity failures including internet disconnections, device failures, or browser errors.
Where a game result, payout, odds quotation, or bonus credit is made as a result of an obvious pricing, systems, or human error ("Manifest Error"), 678id reserves the right to declare the relevant transaction void and to reverse any credits made to a Member's account. Members are expected to identify and report Manifest Errors rather than seek to exploit them. Exploiting a Manifest Error is deemed a form of fraud and may result in permanent account closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 678id platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any portion of the 678id platform or its content without the prior written consent of 678id. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 678id.
678id endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance wherever possible. 678id accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 678id excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute services.
Where 678id is found liable for direct damages in connection with your use of the platform, the total aggregate liability of 678id to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 678id account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that real-money gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. 678id does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from gaming activity on the platform. Past winnings are not indicative of future results.
You may close your 678id account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
678id reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) 678id is required to do so by its licensing authority or by applicable law; (c) the Member has provided false information during registration or KYC; (d) fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct is detected; or (e) the Member's continued use of the platform poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to 678id.
Where an account is closed by 678id for cause, any Bonus Funds, free bets, and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at 678id's discretion following investigation, subject to any right of set-off for damages caused by the Member's breach.
678id collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the procedures set out in the Privacy Policy.
678id will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification agencies, and game content suppliers) solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and deliver services to you, and subject to appropriate data-protection agreements.
678id reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 678id will provide notice to Members via a platform notification or by email to the address registered on the Member's account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Closing your account under these circumstances will not constitute a breach of the Terms and your real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 678id holds its international gaming licence. Where mandatory provisions of Indonesian law apply to your use of the platform as a resident of Indonesia, those provisions are not excluded by this clause.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 678id platform, you should first contact the 678id support team at [email protected] and allow 678id a reasonable period of up to fourteen (14) calendar days to investigate and respond. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the period stated above, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body designated by 678id's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings will be English. The arbitral award will be final and binding on both parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the 678id platform.
